Tony and the prophet

Tony and the Prophet…

After the tough day of the “Dakar Floods” things have calmed down and got better. First of all Tony has arrived so I have a copilot again, that makes navigation and problem solving much easier and, as we have travelled so often together, we fall into an easy groove.

The prophets birthday is today hence the streets are quieter and the beach at our little resort is full, that also meant when we went to the Guinea Embassy yesterday it was closed and would not open until Friday! So much for that plan.

Instead Tony and I have applied online for a series of visa pre-approvals, successfully so far planned the next few weeks of the trip and went looking in the market for some gear oil !

Guinea visa tomorrow hopefully
